The Bergen County Workforce Development Board (Bergen WDB) is a public/private partnership, formed through the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act of 2014.
This federal legislation created workforce development boards throughout the country, to enable the workforce development system to be demand-driven and responsive to the needs of employers and workers.
