Legal Notices Listings
Starting March 1, 2026, in accordance with New Jersey Public Law 2025, Chapter 72 (S-4654/A-5878), the Bergen County Workforce Development Board has transitioned its official legal notifications to a digital-first format.
These legal notices may include but are not limited to—meeting announcements, resolutions, requests for bids and proposals (RFPs/RFQs), and other legal announcements as required by law—are now hosted on the centralized County of Bergen website and are accessible to the public free of charge.
The Bergen County Workforce Development Board (Bergen WDB) announces the availability for public review and comment of the Northern Regional Strategic Workforce Plan for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) 2026 Update.

NOTICE OF AWARDS
At its special meeting on May 6, 2025, the Bergen County Workforce Development Board (Bergen WDB) voted to award the following contracts for the contract period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026 (with the potential to extend for three additional one-year periods) for the following services:
(1) One Stop Operator (#BC-RFP-25-006): Arbor E&T LLC dba Equus Workforce Solutions
(2) WIOA Title I Career Services Provider (#BC-RFP-25-007): Arbor E&T LLC dba Equus Workforce Solutions
(3) WIOA Title I Youth Services Provider (#BC-RFP-25-008): Greater Bergen Community Action
(4) WorkFirst Services Provider (#BC-RFP-25-009): Arbor E&T LLC dba Equus Workforce Solutions
NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING BERGEN COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD
Please take notice that in accordance with the provisions of New Jersey’s Open Public Meeting Act, the Bergen County Workforce Development Board will hold a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 8:30 AM in-person and streamed live via Zoom. The in-person meeting shall take place in the Moses Center at Bergen Community College, 400 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ 07652 – Parking Lot B, Technology Building Room 128. For Zoom access, contact the Board office at 201-343-8830 or wdb@bergen.org. Formal action may be taken on any matters. The agenda, to the extent currently known, will be posted here.
